I had a lovely stay, especially with the beautiful surroundings of the resort, featuring stunning gardens and two pools. While the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating, our overall experience was enjoyable, particularly with great restaurants just a short walk away. The breakfast was decent, but could use a bit more variety. Overall, it was a good value for the price we paid.

The resort is right in the thick of the action on Jalan Monkey Forest in Ubud, making it a convenient spot for exploring. While I loved the serene pool area set in lush gardens and the friendly staff, the rooms really let the experience down as they badly need updating and a thorough cleaning. Overall, it was a mixed bag and not quite the escape I was hoping for.
Rooms

The rooms were quite tired and in need of serious updates. The bathroom specifically had issues with cleanliness, including a stained mirror and a moldy shower curtain.

The location of the resort is a major highlight, being central to shops, restaurants, and major attractions like Monkey Forest. While the staff were exceptionally friendly and made our experience enjoyable, the rooms desperately need some refurbishment and a good cleaning. The breakfast options were quite limited and not up to my expectations. Overall, it offers good value for money considering the overall resort experience, but upgrades are definitely needed in certain areas.
Rooms
6.0
Our room was located towards the rear of the property and felt a bit tired, needing a fresh coat of paint both inside and out. It was spacious enough but showed signs of wear and tear.
Service

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, looking after us well throughout our stay. They were especially helpful in providing recommendations for local attractions.
Location

The resort is in a fantastic location, really central with a vibrant atmosphere, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to many tourist spots.

Facilities

The grounds and pool areas are lovely and well-kept, making it a nice place to relax despite the room issues.

I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. While the location was quite convenient and the staff were friendly, the quality of the room fell short of expectations, as it was dated and in need of maintenance. I was also disappointed with the dining options and the state of the breakfast. Overall, the hotel has great potential but requires significant improvements to match up with the environment and guest expectations.
Rooms
5.0
The room was quite poor, with threadbare towels and an old TV. The shower had low water pressure and the overall condition felt rundown.

The service was friendly but sometimes disengaged. I had trouble getting assistance with minor requests, which left me feeling a bit neglected at times.
Location

I had a pretty disappointing stay at this hotel. The location was decent, and the gardens were beautiful, but the room was old and not up to par with what I expected. The staff could have been friendlier, and overall, I didn't feel like I got the value for my money. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a family-friendly environment or a relaxing getaway.
Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was old and didn't match the pictures advertised. The TV was an outdated box type, and the high bathtub was very difficult for my elderly mother to use. There was also a bad smell coming from the toilet.
Service
5.0
While I found some staff a bit unfriendly compared to other places in Bali, there were a few moments that were nice, like when I saw towels folded into shapes. However, overall, the service didn't really stand out.
Location

Dining
